Not only is my hairstylist Jess extremely knowledgeable, but she is also very patient and clarifies what your hair goal is to make sure that you always leave happy There is not a salon that is more calmer and more welcoming that I have been to than the Lotus room.

Visited Lotus for hair cut and color. Atmosphere was very welcoming. I had booked appointment online (very convenient) and had been referred to Jess by my daughter. Jess spent time at beginning of appointment getting to know me, my hair care routine, lifestyle, hair cut and color preferences. Really made me feel very comfortable and confident in her skills and knowledge. By the end of the appointment I had an awesome cut, color, and a new friend. I delayed writing this review as I wanted to work with my hair for a while and see how other people received my new look. Needless to say, I have never gotten so many compliments. I knew I LOVED my hair but the fact that so many others noticed made this an extra special experience. Kait is lovely. She’s so passionate about curly hair. My hair has never had this much volume and texture. It was a really cool experience. I also love the all in 1 charge so I know she’s getting paid what she wants vs tipping and stressing it’s not the right amount.
